Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Because our workshops at Florian Cottage are kept small and intimate, all bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change.
Send a Friend: If you can no longer attend, you are very welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member—just let us know who to expect.
Rescheduling: You may transfer your booking to a future class date by giving us at least 14 days’ notice prior to your original class date. This gives us time to reopen and refill the spot.
Late Cancellations: Transfers or credits cannot be offered for cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice.
Gift Certificates
Florian Cottage gift certificates are non-refundable and remain valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
Florian Cottage Minimum Participant Requirements
Our classes have a minimum booking requirement of 2 attendees. If the minimum number of participants is not met 48 hours before a scheduled class, you will be contacted to help you secure an alternative course date or provided a refund.
Attendees to Florian Cottage
Only those who have made a booking may spend the day at Florian Cottage and on its property, as this is a private home. We ask that friends/family who are not partaking in the class to enjoy the sights of the Huon Valley, or spend the day in Cygnet (approximately 10 minutes drive from Florian Cottage). Special exception applies if assistance is required for disability.
