This class is all about satiating your sweet tooth! I have always enjoyed baking, and would pour over women’s weekly cookbooks as a child on weekends.

In this class I will share with you the fundamentals of baking sweet treats at home. I will share with you some fantastic recipes, tips and skills for filling up your biscuit jars with ease and share ideas of how to whip up something sweet for family and friends in under 30 minutes.

We will prepare a selection of baked treats including scones, muffins, biscuits and cake.

This class is hands on, and you will be measuring, mixing, portioning alongside me. I will share with the methods, tips and tricks that I have been shown along the way that I have found incredibly useful.

Inclusions: Recipe Folder, Morning Tea and Lunch and a selection of sweet treats that you have prepared in the class
